Some of the first nurseries to use the new Kiddiwash^® warm water hand wash unit from TEAL are so impressed with the product that they are already placing orders to buy more.

Advantage Day Nursery

The award-winning Advantage Day Nursery in Surbiton, Surrey is using the portable Kiddiwash^® after messy play and cooking activities and before meals and snacks.

“It is absolutely fantastic. I think it is one of the best new products for the nursery sector for a long time,” says Managing Director Hazel Moody.

“Children aged from 14 months to two years are using it independently. It is very versatile. After trialling one unit we are ordering four more,” she adds.

Phoenix Day Nursery

At the Phoenix Day Nursery in Brentwood, Essex staff are finding that having a Kiddiwash^® is saving them a lot of time when supervising outdoor activities. Instead of taking children inside to wash their hands the youngsters can do it on the spot.

“It saves time as the children aren’t going in and out so much and it gives them independence as they don’t have to ask a staff member to take them to wash their hands - they can do it themselves,” says Nursery Manager Rachel Thomas.

“The children think it is fantastic and find it easy to use. We will be ordering more,” she adds.

Carlton Hill Nursery

The Carlton Hill Nursery in Maida Vale, North West London has also found the Kiddiwash® beneficial for outdoor use.

“It is very handy. We had a garden party recently and a lot of visitors said how nice it was that the children could wash their hands before eating without having to go inside the building,” says Nursery Manager Marion Breslin.

National Day Nursery Association

The Kiddiwash^® was enthusiastically received by delegates at the National Day Nursery Association conference in May where it was exhibited for the first time. Orders were taken on the day and continue to be made via the website www.kiddiwash.com.

Preschool Alliance conference

At the Preschool Alliance conference last week there was an equally positive reaction to the product with order books full at the end of the event.
